Bobcat Tractor Snow Blower

The tractor snowblower is a power take-off- (PTO) driven implement, so it does not require its own engine or motor. The PTO transfers the power from the compact tractor engine to the snowblower. You simply attach the snowblower implement to the 3-point hitch and engage the PTO shaft to the tractor. It is important to know if your tractor offers independent PTO or live PTO when engaging your implement. Please read the owner’s manual thoroughly.

How The Bobcat Tractor Snow Blower Works

The front mount snowblower uses the direct power pulled from the compact tractor’s mid-PTO to blow snow away from the machine. With the front mount design, you can blow snow while moving forward, instead of moving in reverse as you would using a 3-point snowblower implement. Height adjustments and chute rotation are hydraulically operated from the loader control valve – you can easily control both simply by moving the loader joystick.
